We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back! Love the open living area so we could all be together. We are so glad we had the pool heated for the week, so relaxing! The location of this home is AMAZING!!! So close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

Inviting , warm and cozy for our Christmas 2021 at 21 Jacana.
The home was perfect for our four generation(s) of family.
From the very young to very mature , the location was excellent to enjoy the beach and ocean. It was our fourth Christmas at Hilton Head, and our first time at 21 Jacana St. Our family survey says “It was the best home, and location so far in our four years” Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Wonderful place to stay! 5/5
This was an awesome place to stay for our family! First of all, the house was impeccably clean upon our arrival. The two master bedrooms are very spacious, the main living area was great as well. The kitchen was small but still had everything we needed. Staying so close to the beach was such a blessing, we could come and go as we pleased! We enjoyed the private pool too! Thank you for the use of your beautiful home, we would definitely stay here again.

Great family home

What a wonderful property. Plenty of room to spread out for privacy but great gathering spaces to play games or just hang out. The outdoors area was perfect. Property had plenty of beach chairs to use and toys for the kids. We had a fabulous vacation

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Experience

This home was truly amazing! The property is in such a great location, the decor is beautiful and the pool sure is as well! We spent an amazing week in this house! Communication with the homeowner was excellent! They responded quickly and informatively to any questions or concerns. From the extra towels to the motion sensor lights on the path to the back, the little things really were taken care of. The closed outdoor shower was something we definitely needed, but didn’t know we did! Everything most renters don’t think of was covered, from plenty of dishes and silverware to soaps and shampoos. We are truly grateful for this vacation, and will definitely return next year, to this wonderful home!

My family and I had a great vacation experience. The location and the layout of the house fit our diverse family perfectly. We especially appreciated the location. Once we arrived at the house we rarely had to drive anywhere because most activities that we were interested in were within walking or biking distance

The property location is great steps to the beach The house is plenty of beds for a group the pool is nice. The droppings from the trees is a mess all the time this time of year. Cleaning it all the time. Overall a great property

I am glad that the guests enjoyed our house at the beach. I am sorry about the leaves and that the beautiful live oaks that surround our property become a defect instead of a feature for a few weeks each year. We do have the pool cleaned twice a week and they blow the leaves off the patio, but some wind and rain can ruin the effort. We do keep a battery powered blower at the house for guests to use between visits and can also schedule another pool cleaning at the guests request.

Another reviewer mentioned this was their “happy place” and I can see why! The location is second to none! A house or two away from the beach made “trips home” to use the restroom or grab lunch easy. The proximity to the bike trail made biking into Coligny plaza a daily event for drinks, ice cream, candy from POPS or a meal. Grocery stores were a short drive. The pool in the backyard kept our two boys (7 and 9) happy more than once each day! This is truly an incredible spot to unwind, de-stress and stick your toes in the sand! Wayne was excellent in his communication and recommendations leading up to and during our stay! We definitely hope to return!

My husband and I stayed here with our two young toddlers and had such a great experience! We paid to have the pool heated and that was a great option! This house is very family friendly and we hated to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at 21 Jacana this past week in HH. We have made several trips to the island and this trip was made more perfect because of the location. The location for the price cannot be beat. The house setup is ideal for a grown family. The pool was warm and kept clean nicely. We took advantage of the extra beach chairs in the listing… that was a nice little perk. It was a great week. Thank you

We enjoyed the house. It had everything that we needed. It was very clean. The location was awesome a 2 minute walk to the beach. We paid to have the pool heated and it was so nice. The weather wasn’t the best but there is so much to do at Hilton Head. Wayne is very quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this house.

We are always responsive to our guests. I am a little surprised at taking 2 minutes to walk to the beach. It is only about 100 steps!
Pool heat is a great amenity and well worth it to adults who may not be as flexible about jumping into the water as are kids.

We stayed at 21 Jacana in February 2021. It was our first time at HHI during February. The house, location and amenities were amazing! The house was so close to the beach and all the restaurants/shops of Coligny. Our teenage daughters loved the pool. The layout of the house was ideal for our family vacation. It was so relaxing. We would definitely stay at 21 Jacana again!

Our neighborhood is very private and our home is really only steps to the beach. In this era of social distancing, it is important to be in a location where you can have minimal contact with strangers.
